About the Group
This 6-week therapeutic group is designed for neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD, autism, or those exploring their neurodivergent identity (formally diagnosed or not). Led by experienced facilitators who understand both the clinical and lived experience of being neurodivergent, the group will foster insight, community, and self-acceptance.

In this group, we’ll explore:
-
How your brain works differently — and why that’s a strength
-
Strategies to capitalize on strengths and seek support for challenges
-
Navigating a world designed for neurotypicals
-
Building meaningful relationships and finding a sense of belonging
-
Strengthening or redefining identity, self-esteem, and confidence
-
Executive functioning and how to support it
-
Sensory needs and how to advocate for accommodations
-
Creating sustainable ways to feel regulated, focused, and valued
