Dua is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern, working towards her Master's from Antioch University (Spring 2026), and holds a BA in Psychology from Eastern Washington University. She has a strong desire to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She is eager to explore the transformative power of Compassion Focused and Play Therapy during her internship. 

Creating a safe and welcoming space is paramount to Dua, and she is open to integrating faith/Spirituality -based care, including Islamic-based approaches, when requested. She is bilingual (Arabic and English) and willing to work in both languages. 

Outside of her clinical work, Dua finds joy in hiking, CrossFit, cooking, reading, gardening, and cherished moments with her husband, two sons, and her German Shepherd, Luna.
